Rose Marie Jackson was born on February 27, 1971 in Rapid City, SD to Sylvester Thompson and Theresa “Donna” Mesteth. Rose Marie made her journey to the Spirit World on November 25, 2018 at the Souteast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan, AL.
Rose Marie is survived by her children, Andre Jackson of Anchorage, AK, Calvin Jackson, Jr., Shay Jackson, and Dante Jackson all of Blakely, GA; sisters, Fransine Mesteth of Hill City, SD, Diane Thompson and Yolanda Thompson both of Rapid City, SD, Mona Thompson of California, and Patty Barnett of Flint, MI; brothers, Perry Mesteth of Pine Ridge, SD, Robert Mesteth of Eagle Butte, SD, and James Thompson of Rapid City, SD; mother-in-law, Mama Gee of Blakely, GA; and numerous grandchildren, nieces, & nephews.
Rose Marie was preceded in death by her parents, Theresa “Donna” Mesteth and Sylvester Thompson; brother, Charles Mesteth; grandparents, Rose J. Little Dog-Mesteth and Jacob Mesteth; uncles, Matthew Mesteth, Marvin Mesteth, Paul Mesteth, and Frank Mesteth; and aunt, Madeline Mesteth.
Wake Services: One night wake service starting at 3:30 PM, Friday, December 7, 2018 at the Wounded Knee District School in Manderson, SD with evening services starting at 7:00 PM.
Funeral Services: 10:00 AM, Saturday, December 8, 2018 at the Wounded Knee District School in Manderson, SD

Burial Services: St. Agnes Catholic Church Cemetery, Manderson, SD
