Theresa Mae  Bad Milk (Black Bear)
Theresa Mae Bad Milk was born on June 28, 1945 in White Horse Creek, SD to Thomas Black Bear and Fannie (Spotted Owl) Black Bear. Theresa made her journey to the Spirit World on February 27, 2018 at her home in Manderson, SD.

Theresa is survived by her children, Morris Holy Rock, Jr. and Meredith Black Bear both of Manderson, SD; sister, Madeline Black Bear-Sondreal of Buffalo Gap, SD; grandchildren, Morris Holy Rock III, Frank Holy Rock, Fannie Holy Rock, John Holy Rock, Morissa Holy Rock, Michael Delone, Rhonda Jumping Eagle, Heidi Black Bear, Summer Looks Twice, and Chris Black Bear; great grandchildren, Lorenzo Holy Rock, Kaydence Packed, D’onah Holy Rock, Kandace Holy Rock, Devin Holy Rock, Thomas Packed, Louis Belt, Jr., Jennah Shott, Christopher Holy Rock, Aubriee Holy Rock, Jedidiah Holy Rock, Joshlynn Chase Alone, King Chase Alone, and Jleigh White Whirlwind.

Theresa was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Fannie Black Bear; siblings, Esther Black Bear, William Black Bear, Agnes Black Bear, Aloysius Black Bear, Stephen Black Bear, Dora Black Bear, Theresa Bad Milk, Wilda Black Bear, and Ruth Cottier; and grandchildren, Lorenzo Holy Rock and Jacob Holy Rock.

Pallbearers will be: Starlette Jumping Eagle, Carla Sleeping Bear, Charlene Featherman, Joyce Little Dog, Darla Swain, Maxine Mesteth, Patsy Red Elk, Tyler LaForge, Robert James and Frank Holy Rock.

Wake Services: Two night wake services starting at 4:00 PM, Thursday, March 8, 2018 at the Wounded Knee District School in Manderson, SD with evening services starting at 7:00 PM each evening.
Funeral Services: 1:00 PM, Saturday, March 10, 2018 at the Wounded Knee District School in Manderson, SD
Officiating: Father Edmund Yainao, S.J. and Ms. Joyce Tibbitts
Burial Services: To Be Announced
